Quality-driven commercial & residential pressure washing/paver sealing company has openings for experienced candidates who are interested in helping us grow in a high demand industry. Our territory covers Hillsborough-to-Lee counties. We are seeking individuals who wish to have a long-term position with opportunities for advancement, training, and unlimited pay incentives in return for outstanding performance, reliability, customer service & punctuality.

This position will require a valid driver's license & clean driving record, background check, and drug test.

$40k-$60k plus DOE.

• Quarterly pay raises for the 1st 12 months of emplotment (Yes-four pay raises your 1st year with us!)

JOB TASKS:

• Conduct pre/post jobsite checklist/inspection.
• Prep trucks/rigs for daily jobs.
• Manage & tend hoses.
• Store and mix cleaning chemicals safely.
• Take before and after photos as needed.
• Maintain & ensure custody of company equipment.
• Use CRM software as needed.
• Perform plant protection procedures.
• Operate surface cleaner, soft wash units, wands, small engines, pump sprayers and other industry equipment and tools.
• Clean up after all jobs.
• Maintain courteous and polite interactions with customers and coworkers.
• Use digital device to receive payment from customers when applicable.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior industry experience.
• Someone that can take directions well and have the capability of being a crew chief in the near future.
• Desire and passion to provide high-quality technical & customer service.
• Must be a quick learner and physically capable of performing physical labor.
• Comfortable & safe while working from ladders and/or on rooftops.
• Must be able to work outside and on your feet all day.
• Possess basic mechanical aptitude, equipment troubleshooting, & problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and attend safety & industry training.
• Must work well with others.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs. consistently.
